1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and haha77 ("haha77," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at haha77.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by haha77, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the haha77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with haha77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by applicable regulations. haha77 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You are accessing haha77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of haha77 is legal in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of haha77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from haha77 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with haha77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• A valid and active email address
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address in the Philippines

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. haha77 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify haha77 support immediately.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on haha77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). haha77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at haha77's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your haha77 account upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• haha77 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees from your e-wallet or bank provider may apply.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• haha77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• haha77 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus.

5Bonuses & Promotions

haha77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page.
• haha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• haha77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated on the relevant offer page.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on haha77 — including Super Keno, Teen Patti 20-20, Dragon Fishing, Wheel, Money Wheel, and Fortune Rabbit — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of haha77's commercial interests.

• Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on haha77's servers, the server record shall be the definitive result.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haha77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using haha77 for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing haha77 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing haha77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

8Responsible Gaming

haha77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered members at any time.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the haha77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from haha77 without prior written consent.
• The haha77 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

• haha77 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.
• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, haha77's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

haha77's decisions regarding account matters, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
